MercedesBenz of Gilbert is a family owned and operated luxury brand dealership. We are currently seeking a very proficient highly organized detailoriented and motivated Automotive Biller to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Review and audit sales transactions for accuracy completeness and proper documentation.
- Billing all retail deals in CDK virtual biller.
- Verifying sales tax is calculated properly and all documents are complete.
- Breaking down deals and ensuring all documents are in the digital deal jacket.
- Processing trade payoffs.
- Collaborate with the sales finance and service departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Perform other administrative duties as needed such as data entry filing cleaning schedules and record keeping.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive billing within a dealership environment.
- Experience with dealership management software. CDK preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
