Job Description
Were seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team and take ownership of critical features across our platform. Youll be working on a modern codebase that includes web applications APIs and cloud infrastructure helping us deliver highquality solutions for property management professionals and their residents.
Tech Stack
- Frontend: React TypeScript Material UI
- Backend: Node.js GraphQL (AWS AppSync) DynamoDB
- Cloud: AWS (Lambda DynamoDB AppSync Bedrock)
- Infrastructure: Terraform GitHub
What Youll Be Doing
- Develop and enhance features across our platform including the manager portal resident applications and notification systems
- Work with GraphQL resolvers AWS AppSync and serverless functions
- Implement financial tracking lease management and maintenance request workflows
- Optimize data fetching and state management in our React applications
- Contribute to our mobile application built with Flutter
- Collaborate on refactoring and improving existing code
Qualifications :
Requirements
- 7 years of professional software development experience
- Strong TypeScript and JavaScript expertise
- Experience with React and modern frontend development practices
- Solid understanding of APIs preferably GraphQL
- Experience with AWS services particularly serverless architectures
- Understanding of database design and query optimization
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform preferred)
- Ability to debug complex issues across the entire stack
- Experience with eventdriven architectures
Nice to Have
- Domain knowledge in property management or SaaS platforms
- Experience with Flutter/Dart
- AWS AppSync experience
- DynamoDB expertise
- Understanding of accounting/financial workflows
