Job Description
The Parts Advisor / Parts to Service team memberis responsible for customer service and retail sales and receiving at our Powersports dealership. In this position your responsibilities include selling parts and taking inventory of stock in storage and if necessary on shelves. You would also work closely with sales and service departments outfitting vehicles.

Parts Advisor Compensation and Benefits:

- Compensation: $14$18/hr Commission
Parts Advisor Responsibilities:
- Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
- Work with parts manager to locate any partsnot in stock
- Complete special order part request for the customer
- Communicate with customers on parts status
- Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Must follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Understand and follow federal state and local regulations applicable to the industry
- Verifying and recording incoming and outgoing shipments Counting weighing and measuring items
- Selecting containers and packing items
- Applying shipping labels and postage
- Unpacking and examining incoming shipments
- Recording shortages
- Corresponding with shippers to resolve damages and shortages
- Ensuring outgoing shipments meet specifications
PartsCounterperson Requirements:
- Experience with motorcycle / Powersports parts (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fastpaced work environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detailoriented have a professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Lightspeed experience a plus!
