A growing veterinary clinic inTucson AZ is seeking a fulltime Medical Director to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate and experienced veterinarian looking to take the next step in their career with leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the medical care of animals including diagnosing and creating treatment plans.
- Perform surgical procedures and provide advanced medical care when needed.
- Lead and mentor the veterinary team providing guidance and training to staff members.
- Ensure the clinic operates at the highest medical standards staying uptodate with the latest practices.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that emphasizes excellent patient care.
Qualifications:
- DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) or equivalent degree.
- Previous experience as a Veterinarian or Associate Veterinarian with leadership aspirations.
- Proven ability to lead a team and maintain high standards of care.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Passionate about providing exceptional care to animals.
