Who you are:
As a Solutions Delivery Manager you are a strategic and experienced professional with a strong track record in managing complex projects. You excel in defining project scope managing timelines and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative products. Your strong communication skills technical oversight and commitment to continuous improvement make you a vital asset to our organization. You thrive in collaborative environments working closely with product managers stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to streamline processes and drive product initiatives from conception to release.
What youll do:
In this pivotal role you will drive the successful delivery of our innovative products by collaborating with product managers stakeholders and crossfunctional teams. You will streamline processes support complex projects and lead product initiatives from conception to release. Your responsibilities will include defining project scope managing timelines and ensuring seamless all while continuously seeking ways to enhance our delivery capabilities.
How youll make an impact:
- Drive product initiatives throughout the product lifecycle from conception to release and remain accountable for ensuring timely delivery of all product milestones.
- Define the project scope goals and deliverables. Create and manage project timelines/schedules to ensure the team delivers a successful product within the desired timelines.
- Support complex projects and product initiatives involving coordination with multidisciplinary teams at Geotab; ensuring effective dialog vision alignment and accountability of required work/deliverables.
- Coordinate internal team activities and lead project meetings maintain detailed meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
- Staying energized productive and focused in the face of challenges ambiguity change or strenuous demands.
- Establish and maintain project deliverables timelines and milestone updates for sponsors and key stakeholders. Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders on all projectrelated aspects.
- Analyze project issues and develop solutions anticipate potential problems and proactively address them
- Demonstrated ability to formulate cohesive recommendations regarding delivery approach after consultation with key stakeholder groups on estimated effort resource availability crossprogram dependencies and other implementation constraints
- Gather and document stakeholder requirements for specific products and translate requirements into detailed technical specifications.
- Perform postmortem reviews postproduct delivery or as required within the project delivery process.
- Drive project communication and reporting; take responsibility for project tracking and analysis. Communicate vital information to the project team and broader product teams.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Engage in establishing best practices templates policies tools and partnerships to enhance organizational capabilities.
What youll bring to the role:
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in project/program management or product ownership within a technology organization
- Experience working within a technical or engineering organization with knowledge of the hightechnology industry.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful project throughout its lifecycle.
- Experience with big data and techniques to extract value from large datasets.
- Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies PMIACP CSM or equivalent is an asset.
- High accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem solve and make welljudged decisions.
- Strong project management skills; able to identify needs develop effective solutions and manage projects through to completion.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Able to work well under pressure and respond to fastchanging priorities and deadlines.
- Continuously stay up to date with the latest technological advancements and market trends to ensure alignment with industry developments and evolving customer needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal relationshipbuilding skills.
- A strong teamplayer with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization.
