What you will do
As a Senior College Services Advisor youll play a vital role in ensuring our college maintains its high standards of immigration compliance while creating a positive impact on the student journey. From monitoring attendance and issuing Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) to supporting key UKVI reporting and compliance audits your work will be at the heart of fostering a supportive and organized environment for students. Youll also have the opportunity to shape team training improve processes and manage essential student records making a tangible difference in both compliance and student success. What youll bring to the role
Customer Service & Communication: Excellent customer service skills strong verbal and written communication abilities and the ability to encourage these qualities in others.
Experience & Interests: A strong interest in education particularly in supporting the wellbeing and safeguarding of international students.
Technical & Organisational Skills: Proficiency in IT (especially Microsoft Excel including formulae VLOOKUP and pivot tables) strong organisational abilities and effective time management.
Teamwork & Leadership: Proven ability to work collaboratively in teams with experience leading activities or small teams to achieve goals.
Personal Attributes: Attention to detail confidentiality awareness initiative flexibility and a strong commitment to Equality Diversity and Inclusion.
