About the Role:
As a Building Maintenance Technician (Level I) youll work closely with our experienced Maintenance Department to keep our facilities in top shape. From general repairs and preventive maintenance to handling service calls and tackling emergency repairs every day will bring something new!

What Were Looking For:
- Technical schooling and/or training is a plus.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in electrical plumbing painting or maintenance in a commercial or industrial environment.
- Practical skills in logical troubleshooting.
- Strong communication abilities and the ability to follow written instructions. Youll need to interact effectively with team members at all levels.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- A valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
