KBRs Global Asset Management (GAM) group offers comprehensive manufacturing and supply chain solutions to a diverse clientele. Our array of services includes Government Property Management Production Maintenance Mail Room Services Equipment Tracking Regulatory and Customer Compliance of Property Systems Import/Export Trade Compliance Material Management Stockrooms/Tool Cribs/Receiving Engineering Tool Design and Rework/Repairs Records Management Distribution Services Capital Asset Management and Development & ProductionEquipment Maintenance. The GAM Program is committed to delivering excellence in every aspect of the supply chain and asset management process ensuring the seamless operation of our clients enterprises.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Government Property Associate intern to join our team for an eightweek period lasting from June to August 2025. The internship requires 3040 hours of onsite work per week.The ideal candidate will have a baselevel understanding of Business Management or Government Property Management in a similar undergraduate degree.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist the Government Property Management team with accomplishing tasks related to the overall program and customer system.
  • Create customer and internal reports.
  • Participate in team TIER meetings.
  • Interact with customers and handle basic customer inquiries.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

  • Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in business administration business management or contract management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Desire to learn and take initiative with problemsolving.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient in MS Word Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledgeable in SAP database transactions specifically with materials and repairables.
