ManpowerGroup Greece on behalf of its clienta company producing personal hygiene consumer products with a strong global export presenceis looking to fill the position of Junior Process Validation Associate. Location: Mandra
Working Days & Hours: Monday Friday Office hours
Contract: Annual with renewal prospects
You will be reporting to: Technical Operations Process & Validation Senior Scientist


What you will do:
Responsible for executing technical projects process improvements validations and troubleshooting. Collaborates with site teams to align priorities with business goals ensuring optimal performance and results.


More specifically:

  • Execute process validation activities (mixing filling cleaning) in alignment with the Senior Scientist
  • Issue technical risk assessments for existing or new products and processes to identify potential issues and mitigate risks
  • Issue related technical documentation and manage quality data within internal systems ensuring compliance with both international and local standards
  • Perform lab formulation activities for cosmetic products to conduct root cause analysis (RCPS) and process improvements
  • Lead investigations and identify opportunities for further improvement
  • Provide support related to local process optimization initiatives
  • Collaborate with production and quality departments to ensure effective communication and provide guidance for process and product enhancements

What we are looking:

  • Degree in Chemistry Engineering or an equivalent scientific/technical field.
  • 1 years of experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language (spoken and written)
  • Responsibility reliability & teamwork skills
  • Proactive dynamic highly motivated with exceptional communication abilities.
