Prep Cook

Summary of Position

A prep cook is capable of adhering to standardized recipes and can execute all items of the prep list with efficiency while maintaining a clean work environment and practicing food safety measures.

Qualifications

Good communication skills must be able to read and understand recipes be well organized and work with a sense of urgency ability to prioritize must have a good sense of self motivation to complete daily tasks maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety be a team player and work will with others follow direction and be a reliable worker.

As required: putting away stock cleaning other duties designated by management team.
