In this role you will work directly with a wide variety of customers such as bars restaurants and breweries to ensure draught beer lines are clean and flowing properly. Primary Job Duties:
- Daily travel to customers to clean and maintain draught beer dispensing equipment in accordance with AnheuserBusch and Company guidelines
- Maintain cleaning schedule wherein every draught beer line in the territory is cleaned on a schedule consistent with Wholesale requirements
- Troubleshoot basic draught system problems and respond to trouble calls in a timely manner
- Maintain product freshness and presentation through proper rotation and equipment cleanliness and appearance
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age;
- Must have a valid drivers license and acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy;
- Prior service industry/customer service experience is preferred;
- Knowledge of draught beer systems/troubleshooting is a plus;
- Highly organized with the ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects;
- Strong internal and external customer orientation;
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours when needed;
- Ability to move lift and/or carry products weighing up to 165 lbs. on a frequent and regular basis and be able to fulfill other physical requirements including repetitive lifting bending stooping pushing and pulling
