The KLA Global Workplace Services (GWS) team is passionate about enabling the business goals and company culture through the delivery of workplace environments and services that foster teamwork innovation and productivity. Our team runs a worldwide portfolio of over 3 million square feet 135 sites and over 12000 employees. In addition to ensuring the workspace and manufacturing facilities operate seamlessly this group also provides employee and site services such as cafeteria transportation security and safety. The team is responsible for all construction and site improvement work to enable the business needs as well as align with the financial requirements.Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

In addition to ensuring the workspace and manufacturing facilities operate seamlessly this group also provides employee and site services such as cafeteria transportation security and safety. The team is responsible for all construction and site improvement work to enable the business needs as well as align with the financial requirements.
This USA country leader position will own and drive KLAs longterm real estate global portfolio strategy evolution and innovation in support of the companys strategic objectives and plans. The individual will lead a team to pursue multifaceted improvements both in service and spend improvement for operating expenses and capital expenditures. The portfolio is across USA around 40 locations 1.7M sq.ft. and nearly 35 leases.
