ManpowerGroup Greece on behalf of its client a dynamically growing company that provides services in the field of asset management and hospitality is looking for a Senior MEP Engineer
Location: Athens
You will be reporting to: Project Manager (PM)
Responsibilities:
- Manage oversee and coordinate the construction process and all related projects while ensuring adherence to budget timeline and quality standards.
- Oversee the collection review and distribution of AsBuilt Drawings Operations and Maintenance Manuals and all necessary project files.
- Coordinate the Project Delivery Process to the client/operator ensuring seamless turnkey delivery.
- Implement and manage a comprehensive testing and commissioning program while keeping all parties informed of their responsibilities.
- Anticipate potential issues that may impact the delivery of longlead projects and take appropriate remedial actions with client/operator approval.
- Inspect analyze and identify optimal engineering solutions for MEPrelated issues.
- Facilitate communication and coordination with the Senior Architect Senior Structural Engineer and other team members throughout the project lifecycle.
- Organize and lead weekly meetings during the design and construction phases to ensure timely project delivery among all involved parties.
- Participate in the selection process for MEP design firms ensuring alignment with project requirements.
- Supervise and lead the MEP project design team overseeing design in compliance with permitting rules time schedules and cost control throughout all stages of the project.
Requirements
What we are looking for:
- University degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering a MSc in relative field will be a plus
- At least 8 years of experience in a similar position in high end hospitality projects.
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and MS office applications
- Thorough knowledge of Greek Legislation pertinent to departments activities.
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English in both writing and speaking
