Our Vehicle Exchange Program (VEP) is designed to help customers upgrade their vehicles seamlessly and were looking for a dynamic sales professional to lead the charge!
We are seeking an ExperiencedVEP Car Sales Specialist to join our highenergy sales team. In this role youll focus on driving sales through our Vehicle Exchange Program (VEP) by engaging customers directly from the service drive and service lobby. Your mission Greet customers with enthusiasm spark their interest in upgrading their vehicles and guide them through the VEP process with confidence and flair.
This is a fastpaced customerfacing position perfect for a persuasive quickthinking salesperson who thrives on building relationships and closing deals. If youve got the energy to turn a routine service visit into a sales opportunity we want you!
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively greet customers arriving at the service drive with a warm energetic approach.
Identify opportunities to introduce the Vehicle Exchange Program and pitch vehicle upgrades tailored to customer needs.
Use quick thinking and persuasive communication to overcome objections and highlight the benefits of trading up.
Build rapport with customers to create trust and excitement about their next vehicle.
Collaborate with the service and sales teams to streamline the VEP process and ensure a smooth handoff.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about current inventory promotions and financing options to provide accurate compelling information.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a car salesperson with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Highenergy personality with a passion for engaging people and closing deals.
Quick thinker with excellent problemsolving and improvisation skills.
Persuasive attitude and the ability to turn no into yes with confidence and professionalism.
Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment and approaching customers proactively.
Knowledge of automotive sales processes and familiarity with vehicle exchange programs is a plus.
Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
Must be willing to work weekends.
