About your next Challenge as a Senior Supervisor Inventory Management:
L3Harris is seeking an experienced Lab/Manufacturing Manager to join our team at our Manufacturing/Integration Lab located in Ottawa Ontario. This position will be responsible for overall Operation manufacturing and integration team.
What will you do:
- Lead manage and mentor a team of Technologist and Engineers;
- Overseeing Shipping & Receiving Manufacturing and integration team
Prepare and oversee budgets and schedule for the group; - Develop and evaluate all processes and operations of the production line;
- Identify areas of the system that need improvement;
- Ensure the efficient utilization of materials labor and machines
Establish and maintain best practice standards; - Monitor performance and quality objectives of Production process
Liaise with design engineering regarding product specifications; - Create reports and documents as needed;
Required Skills and Experiences:
Requires practical knowledge in leading and managing the of processes projects tactics and employees within a team. Typically has strong knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization. Bachelors Degree with a minimum 6 years prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory):
- Must be eligible for registration with theControlled Goods Program;
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada Reliability status and Secret Level 2 / NATO Secretsecurity clearance.
- Must be eligible to meet the requirements for U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
