Job Description
We are looking for people with kind compassionate hearts who want to make a difference to the quality of life for our clients. Our highly respected Care Professionals are at the heart of what we do providing the very best home care and helping us elevate the care experience.
We are looking for someone who can work around the following areas:
- Newport
- Cwmbran
- Chepstow
- Caldicot
We will carefully match you to our clients in your local community and you will support them to live happy independent lives by providing:
- Companionship and help around the home
- Preparation and support with meals
- Prompting and assisting your client with their medication
- Supporting with personal care and to get dressed
- Social visits and support with appointments and shopping trips
Home Instead is unique in the care industry as all our visits are a minimum of 1 hour. We believe that this time is needed for you to establish meaningful relationships with your clients and make a REAL difference in their lives every day!
As a Care Professional at Home Instead you will receive industryleading training great rates of pay and 24/7 support from our office team.
- Excellent rates of pay 12.00 Monday to Friday 12.50 at weekends and double time on bank holidays
- Parttime hours available
- All visits are a minimum of an hour
- Paid mileage 30p per mile
- Paid training
- Contracted hours available
- Paid shadowing visits
- Ongoing support from Mentors
