Job Description: As the Divisional Controller at Chefman you will be a key leader responsible for ensuring our logistics subdivision financial integrity compliance and performance. You will play a critical role in preparing financial reports maintaining records and driving performance improvement. With a focus on datadriven decisionmaking youll work collaboratively with the financial team to establish controls and policies identify discrepancies and deliver timely results in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Financial Reporting Prepare accurate and timely financial reports on a monthly quarterly and yearly basis providing critical insights into the companys financial health.
- Compliance Ensure compliance with legal guidelines and accounting principles staying current with regulations relevant to the trucking industry.
- Internal Controls Collaborate with the financial team to establish and maintain internal controls and policies that safeguard the companys financial assets.
- Record Keeping Maintain accurate and organized financial records and systematic processes for efficient financial operations.
- Discrepancy Resolution Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records working proactively to maintain financial accuracy.
