Suites Runner Part-Time BOK Center

TheSuites Runner assists the Suite Manager in providing Suites guests with a pleasant experience. Suites Runner coordinates directs monitors and supervises all Suites related duties.

This role pays an hourly wage of $10.00 to $12.00 plus tips.

The Bank of Oklahoma Center also known as the BOK Center is located in downtownTulsa and serves as the premier sports and entertainment venue of the region.Offering 19199seat multipurpose arena and 565000 total square footage designed toaccommodate concerts family shows and other special events the BOK Center has been named one of the countrys best venues.

• Assists and oversees all food and beverage requirements pertaining to Suite Catering Orders.
• Assists with the ordering receiving and inventory of all accountable items.
• Ensure adequate storage of product by continual supervision of stock levels.
• Ensure quality products are delivered in a fresh and timely manner as guided by Premium Suites Manager.
• Works in conjunction with Suite Staff Kitchen Personal and Stewarding department.
• Ensure that proper grooming and sanitation procedures are followed.
• Supports event schedules and assignments based on business demands.
• Ensure Customer Service complies with standards of service.
• Establish and Maintain positive client relationships.
• Maintain a professional work ethic.
• Able to work irregular hours as dictated by event schedule including nights weekends and holidays.
• Provide the highest customer service excellence.
• Maintain a cooperative teamlike attitude in working with supervisors and fellow employees (including other departments).
• Other duties as assigned.

To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements are representative of the knowledge skill and or ability required.

Education and/or Experience

• High School graduate or GED completion certificate.
• One 1 to six 6 months related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to move around the facility; to stand for long hours during events; talk and hear. This position may require work inside or outside of the building as needed for events.

• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• This position requires stooping lifting and substantial walking. Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time.
