Job Description
Reporting to the Director Tissue Procurement Facility the Clinical Operations Manager will oversee Clinical Research Operations by supervising Clinical Research Coordinators and Clinical Trials Lab personnel to ensure proper adherence to procedures and regulations. This position will also be responsible for maintaining Business Partner relationships through communication budget management and research project portfolio management.
Required Qualifications Competencies And Experience
Working knowledge and facility with information technology; ability to acquire and apply knowledge from study and review of defined sources; ability to follow instructions; ability to collect record and document information; ability to review information for completeness and accuracy; ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing. Ability to lead and coordinate work for multifunctional teams.
Preferred Qualifications Competencies And Experience
Previous experience in clinical research. Previous experience in team leadership.
