British American Tobacco Romania has an exciting opportunity for a Web Performance Data Analyst in Bucharest.
What are the key objectives and expectations from this role
The Web Analyst will oversee the collection analysis and interpretation of web data to enhance user experience and optimize search engine performance across multiple enterprise websites. This role demands collaboration with various teams to align data insights with business objectives.
Reports to: Area Digital Lead
Core Relationships:
- Internal SEE Area Digital department Area/Global/Markets Digital and Insights teams Category and Consumer Experience teams
- External Global and local agencies Solutions providers
Geographic Scope: SEE markets
Your key responsibilities will include:
Web Analytics and Data Management:
- Develop and manage comprehensive analytics frameworks utilizing marketing technology tools to track and analyze user behavior across SEE web properties.
- Automate data collection and reporting processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Insight Generation and Reporting:
- Conduct indepth data analysis to identify user interaction patterns and provide actionable insights for crossbrand and crossplatform enhancements.
- Produce regular reports detailing website performance user engagement and SEO effectiveness.
Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:
- Engage with IT Consumer Experience and other relevant teams to optimize datadriven strategies.
- Continuously update and refine analytics methods staying abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to drive innovation and improvements in web performance.
What are we looking for
- 35 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in web & mobile analytics tools and technology.
- Google Analytics Google Search Console Google Tag Manager mandatory knowledge.
- Python/R SQL; Conductor SEMRush are a plus.
- Precision and detailoriented problemsolving mindset.
Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required
- Graduate degree
