Join Our Team as an Assembler at Park Industries!
Are you passionate about precision quality and handson work Join us as an Assembler where youll play a crucial role in assembling highquality machinery that drives our industry forward.
As an Assembler youll work 2nd shift Monday to Thursday from 4:00 pm to 2:30 am with additional hours as needed to meet customer needs.

What can you expect to do in this role
- Assemble machinery by drilling tapping and mounting components according to blueprints ensuring all parts are properly fastened and aligned.
- Position and adjust components to meet precise specifications including plumbing pneumatic and hydraulic lines as needed.
- Utilize overhead cranes to position large parts safely and efficiently.
- Verify part quality during assembly and document any nonconformances.
- Prepare workstations ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Conduct final preparations for machine shipment including cleaning securing and final alignment.
- Follow Faro laser alignment procedures.
What makes you a good fit
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years of related experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred
- Basic knowledge of mechanical assembly manufacturing systems and ability to read blueprints hydraulic and pneumatic schematics required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment required
- Ability to stand walk lift and maneuver components throughout a 10hour shift required

Pay Transparency Statement
In accordance with pay transparency regulations the anticipated starting hourly rate for this position ranges from $18.00 to $21.40. Please note that the hourly range provided is an estimate and not a guarantee; the final offer will be determined based on factors such as experience education location and assigned shift. Fulltime employees may also be eligible for variable compensation companywide incentives and a comprehensive benefits package. Additionally the availability of benefits and programs may vary depending on the hire date employment type and hours worked.
