Field Installation Technician Summer Intern
**LIMITED TIME ONLY $500 SIGNING BONUS AFTER 45 DAYS OF SERVICE**

About the Position:Ready to push yourself and discover what youre made of As a Field Installation Technician Intern youll be building fields and building futures alongside a dedicated team. Functions of the Job:
- Pulling up to 50 lbs to properly place panels of synthetic turf
- Kneeling/crawling/crouching to cut turf by hand in preparation for seaming
- Assist with all steps in Field Building process (measuring cutting gluing infilling and job site cleanliness).
- Learn how to operate Gas and Diesel equipment as needed
- Occasional exposure to chemicals such as glue sand and crumb rubber
- Work alongside likeminded individuals in team atmosphere unlike any other.
Requirements:
- Reliable honest hardworking and motivated self starter
- Have the willingness to learn and to be coached.
- Able to work productively in a team environment
- Long hours working outdoors
- Constant exposure to weather and outdoor seasonal elements
- Reliable means of transportation to/from our shop in Newtown (drivers license not required)
- Overnight travel and travel out of state may be required (hotel accommodations and daily food stipend provided)
- Able to pass drug screen and background check

- Overtime paid at 1.5 times hourly rate
- $60 travel per diem
- Personal Time Off accrual
- Benefit eligible after 90 days
- Eligible for quarterly bonus after 90 days potentially earning up to $2400 per year
