If yesManpowerGroup Greece on behalf of its client LAMDA Motor Group S.A. an authorized distributor and car repairer is seeking a Workshop Supervisor for its facilities in Athens.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (University or Technical degree preferred).
- Previous experience in a similar role ideally in a premium car brand.
- Experience in managing and leading teams to achieve group objectives.
- Proficiency in computer use.
- Good command of English.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing and ensuring the efficient operation of the workshop.
- Customer communication and management.
- Staff management.
- Assigning and inspecting work to ensure compliance with company standards and specifications.
- Ensuring safety regulations are followed and providing recommendations where necessary.
- Achieving quantitative and qualitative targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Analyzing AfterSales KPIs.
