Australian Venue Co. is on the lookout for a Senior Finance Administrator to join our team! With over 230 venues across Australia were passionate about delivering exceptional experiences and we need a finance superstar to support our operations.
About the role:
The Senior Finance Administrator ensures accurate financial operations by managing reconciliations pay runs revenue data imports and audits. Youll collaborate with the accounts receivable team to reconcile venue debtors across our venues resolving discrepancies in a dynamic hospitality setting.
- Completing bank account reconciliations across multiple accounts and entities
- Managing cash clearing reconciliations and resolving variances
- Processing weekly pay runs and assisting with revenue data imports
- Collaborating with the accounts receivable team to reconcile venue debtors
- Reviewing and investigating cash variance reports
- Supporting external audits and monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Assisting with ad hoc finance projects
- At least 2 years experience in financial reconciliation preferably in hospitality or retail
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with POS systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to adapt to new systems and processes quickly
- A team player with a positive and flexible approach
