Job Description
As aAudi Brand Specialistyou will be responsible for treating each and every guest as if they were family. You are responsible for assisting guests during their car buying experience to identify their unique needs/wants to find the right car for them. We offer upfront pricing and give our guests the lowest possible price right away.
Audi Brand Specialist must...
- Engage with customers to identify their needs provide detailed information about vehicles offer test drives and explain the purchasing process.
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle present financing options handle tradein evaluations and negotiate terms to close sales efficiently.
- Stay updated on the latest vehicle models features and industry trends through training sessions and industry events.
- Prepare and process necessary paperwork accurately ensuring compliance with dealership policies and local state and federal regulations.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business handling queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales team finance department and service team to deliver a seamless customer experience contributing to team goals and participating in sales meetings.
- Work independently prioritize tasks and meet sales targets in a fastpaced environment
- Maintain a positive and professional image of yourself and the company at all times
