Portico has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced ASSISTANT MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR for our apartment community Haven at the Gulch in Nashville TN!
The successful candidate should have the following requirements:
- 13 years general maintenance experience
- EPA certification
- A customerfocused attitude and be a supportive team player
- The ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment plumbing systems electrical systems major appliances pool and spa equipment and other systems in operation at the community
