Job Description
Belfair POA in Bluffton SC is hiring servers for our Food and Beverage outlets. Full and parttime opportunities are available.
Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior customer service to our membership.
Responsibilities:
- Provides food and beverage service to all club members and guests.
- Provides an exceptional dining experience and is knowledgeable in answering questions regarding menu and drink options.
- Followsup with members and guests to ensure satisfaction and exceed expectations.
- Participates in departmental and preshift meetings.
- Maintains an organized workstation and completes side duties as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Prior club experience preferred.
- 1 years experience.
- Reliable transportation and attendance.
- Must be able to meet state age requirements for handling alcohol.
Shifts are primarily late afternoon/evening to accommodate our dinner services.
We offer exceptional pay a beautiful work environment and no late evenings.
All hourly staff are eligible for 401k (plus match) complimentary associate lunches and a sixmonth hiring bonus!
Fulltime staff 30 hours) are offered generous PTO and benefits which include medical dental vision life insurance and other supplemental insurances.
$21/hour guaranteed for all worked hours.
