Banding:Band 23 (dependent on experience and specific skill sets)
Location:Portsmouth Hospitals Trust
Working Hours:Fulltime/Parttime
Rate: 14.00 15.93

What will your responsibilities be
- Assist patients with daily living activities promoting independence.
- Monitor and report changes in patients mental and physical health.
- Adhere to professional standards and hospital policies.
- Document patient interactions and care provided.
- Support nurses and other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.

Qualifications and Experiences:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in relevant mental health settings (within the last 12 to 18 months).
- Competent in vital signs NEWS and escalation procedures.
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and Care Certificate (preferred).
