Job Description

Our Sourcing Quality & Regulatory (SQR) team plays a key role in ensuring that we are both the best supplier for our customers and the best customer for our suppliers.
As a Senior Supplier Performance & Excellence Manager you will monitor evaluate and improve supplier performance. Working closely with crossfunctional teams you will oversee business reviews performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen our supplier base and support Rituals sustainability and compliance objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Supplier Business Reviews Conduct structured supplier performance reviews based on AQSCIS principles gathering data from relevant departments and driving improvement initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting Track and analyze supplier KPIs ensuring alignment with business needs and identifying areas for improvement.
- Process Optimization Support the implementation of operational excellence programs ensuring suppliers meet the required standards for quality reliability and efficiency.
- Collaboration & Communication Act as the key liaison between sourcing sustainability supply chain innovation and quality teams ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment on supplierrelated processes.
- Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to address challenges implement corrective actions and drive improvements in supplier performance.
- Compliance & Sustainability Ensure suppliers adhere to Rituals sustainability goals and regulatory requirements promoting responsible sourcing practices.
Qualifications :
- Masters degree in Business Procurement Supply Chain or a related field is necessary.
- 10 years of experience in supplier management sourcing procurement or supply chain roles.
- Strong supplier performance tracking KPI management and process optimization knowledge.
- Datadriven approach ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action.
- Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Experience with cosmetics sourcing is a plus.
- Availability to work 80 from the office and 20 from home as part of our hybrid working model.
