Job Description

Opportunity

The shelfAdz Delivery Coordinator II serves as a main point of contact for the client addressing their questions concerns and requests regarding assigned shelfAdz projects. Additionally this role acts as a bridge between assigned accounts and coordinating departments to ensure seamless project . The DC2 takes ownership of National CPG and Adult Beverage campaigns and acts as a subject matter expert on retailerspecific rules and processes. They collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver toptier products and services to the client.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • shelfAdz Delivery Coordinator for all assigned accounts.
  • Ensures total client satisfaction through the timely completion of client shelfAdz campaign requests.
  • Utilizes prepares and maintains appropriate documentation related to campaign requests.
  • Initiates and answer written internal & external correspondence.
  • Responds to clients email and facsimile communications.
  • Interfaces routinely with stakeholders including shelfAdz Sales Delivery and Product Client Experience IT and other groups as needed in support of shelfAdz event campaigns. 
  • Serves as project stakeholder on project work related to shelfAdz tag/sign changes new requests and other shelfAdz projects.
  • Ensures compliance with internal policies procedures and internal controls in accordance with the SarbanesOxley Act 2002 Section 404.
  • Provide strong leadership and mentorship to Delivery Coordinator I (DC1 team members assisting in problemsolving and issue resolution

  • Take a proactive approach toward any process improvements that benefit the team/multiple clients.

  • Exhibit a strong desire to learn and foster a collaborative team environment. 

  • Responsible for updating and  maintaining  process documentation related to National MultiRetailer event workflows.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills comfortable leading meetings and projects

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Commercial Sales Team members by proactively addressing their needs resolving concerns and ensuring satisfaction with campaign outcomes

  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement improvements that align with client expectations

  • Regularly communicate project status timelines and deliverables to internal teams and client stakeholders ensuring transparency and reliability

  • Advanced proficiency level in Microsoft excel/Google Sheets

  • Demonstrated ability to respond to emails promptly and professionally ensuring timely communication while maintaining a wellorganized inbox for efficient workflow and prioritization


Qualifications :

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business marketing or similar field from fouryear College or one to three years related business experience and/or training in client service; or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills are required. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers clients and other associates required.
  • Must possess the ability to be diplomatic with challenging clients.
  • Skill in effectively utilizing a variety of software programs including: Power Point Outlook Excel Access Word ERP and retail and client specific proprietary software required.  
  • Must be able to pay close attention to detail adapt to a fluctuating work/team environment and be flexible.
  • Excellent problem solving skills and being proactive in resolving issues are needed with the ability to react to changes in standard operating procedures and implement quick and accurate decision making.

Additional Information :

  Additional Requirements

  • This is a fulltime role located in Little Rock or other designated location
  • Must be able to provide client service/support to production operators and/or programming staff as needed outside of normal working hours to support 24/7 operations.
  • Other duties as assigned by management
  • Compliance with applicable Company policies maintaining a drug free workplace is required
  • Compliance with all Company policies is required including all safety policies and procedures
  • Must be in the DC1 role for 2 years OR have demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and proven track record of recommendations for continuous improvement and relationship building initiatives.

  The salary range for this position is $22.00 29.00/hour.
The hiring wage rate range above represents what Avery Dennison reasonably expects to pay for this position as of the date of this posting. Actual salaries will vary within the range and in some circumstances may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to a candidates relevant skills experience education and training and location as well as the job scope and complexity responsibilities and regular and/or necessary travel required for the position which may change depending on the candidate pool. Avery Dennison reserves the right to modify this information at any time subject to applicable law.
