Job Description
Responsible for industrialization of new product in Bosch China including:
1. Process design and optimization from prototype to mass production;
2. Efficiency and cost control of production system;
3. Integration advanced manufacturing technologies;
4. Cross department collaboration and production standardization
5. Risk management and continuous improvement
Qualifications :
1. Master degree in mechanical engineering electrical engineering or related fields
2. High motivation strong inner drive;
3. Strategic planning skills;
4. Strong leadership mindset and good cooperation;
5. Industrialization experience (e.g. Process Development Special machinery Manufacturing planning) high affinity for digitalization intercultural competence
6. German / Excellent English language competence is preferred
Potential rotation opportunity:
Rotation opportunities in between different manufacturing technical departments (sample shop process development special machinery) and also manufacturing department for the new product with several weeks in leadplant in Germany.
