Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Playing active part in onboarding processes for connecting new source systems (e.g. Oracle Azure Hive) to the Enterprise Data Catalog;
- Support within implementation/enhancements of interfaces to other Bosch systems;
- Providing support for application and its users;
- Documentation and statistics creation;
- Support with maintenance topics (e.g. installing upgrades performing and enhancing backups);
- Ensuring SLAs (e.g. by monitoring problem solving);
- Solving problems (e.g. with established processes scripts).
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of DBs (e.g. roles queries) cloud solutions and ETLtools as a plus;
- Basic knowledge of Hadoop ecosystem;
- Basic API knowledge;
- Basic Linux and infrastructure knowledge (e.g. server firewalls);
- Knowledge in a data catalog and metadata management will be a plus;
- High willingness to learn new technologies;
- Ability to think analytically and proactive way of working;
- High customer orientation;
- Relevant university degree (e.g. Big Data Computer Science Business Informatics Mathematics Physics Industrial Engineer);
- English (fluent in spoken and written).
