Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
- Create and maintain technical documentation for security products software and services in English according to internal and external standards;
- Manage localization and proofreading processes;
- Manage review and approval of hardware and software documentation by the relevant stakeholders;
- Prepare multichannel publishing of technical documentation;
- Improve processes in software documentation and tools;
- Support development and delivery of smart information.
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
Degree preferably in Technical Communication or Language Sciences or Engineering degree with experience in technical communication;
Experience in technical documents writing for hardware and/or software products preferably on application programming interface (API) writing;
Strong writing skills in English with proven advanced skills in grammar and proofreading;
Knowledge in project management of software documentation and programming languages;
Experience working directly and communicating with engineers and other subject matter experts in an agile environment;
Experience with content management systems preferably Schema ST4 and/or authoring tools;
Experience with translation management tools preferably Passolo;
Experience in and/or relevant understanding of metadata management and implementation.
