Location: Saint Louis Missouri (Onsite Must work from the office)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $41200 $44780 per year

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key point of contact for our valued customers you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering longlasting relationships. In this fastpaced environment you will handle inquiries resolve issues and provide information regarding our products and services. Your excellent communication skills and problemsolving abilities will be essential in addressing customer needs effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved.
  • Identify and report potential service improvements and trends.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role or similar capacity.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and a resultsoriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
