Job Description

Our Client in the Retail industry is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor responsible for overseeing the storage organization and distribution of goods in the DC warehouse.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Implementing inventory control procedures to minimize losses and discrepancies.
  • Coordinating stock replenishments and tracking stock movements.
  • Supervising the receiving storing packing and dispatching of goods.
  • Maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse layout.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations.
  • Managing and training warehouse staff to improve efficiency.
  • Delegating tasks and monitoring employee performance.
  • Enforcing company policies and workplace safety standards.
  • Coordinating with suppliers transporters and retail stores for smooth operations.
  • Scheduling and optimizing delivery routes.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Ensuring warehouse operations comply with company policies and government regulations.
  • Preparing reports on inventory staff performance and operational efficiency.
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Ensuring accurate stock levels and conducting regular inventory counts.

    Only Candidates with at least 2 years of supervisory experience will be considered.
