- Assist checkin and flow of morning traffic in Service Drive
- Maintain a positive attitude towards customer satisfaction
- Maintain communication with Service staff
- Assist in checkin process when needed
- Park vehicles and mark location
- Operate shuttles to homes and businesses when needed
- Willingness to help as needed in other tasks in the Service Department
- Clean ice or snow from customer cars and Service drive
- Deliver cars to Service entrance for cashier
- Install floor mats seat covers and key tags
- Check vehicle for physical damage
- Take vehicle to car wash to be cleaned
- Professional neat appearance
- Friendly outgoing personality with a positive attitude
- Must have a valid Illinois drivers license with an acceptable driving record
- Be able to take direction and responsibilities
