Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekend availability

Work Location: CENTRAL OREGON. BEND REDMOND MADRAS PRINEVILLE LAPINE SISTERS

Responsibilities
Provide companionship and basic care to clients in designated areas
Observe and report changes in the clients condition
Be a supportive role in assisting clients in their activities of daily living
Create and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
Provide care in a clean safe and comfortable environment
Promote a positive image of the organization and profession

Requirements
Must be at least 18 years
1 years experience providing care as a caregiver or with family member experience
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Valid drivers license and vehicle with proof of insurance
