With over 400 employees in Southern Colorado you would be joining a mighty team of support and administrative staff case managers clinicians physicians nurses and others in our efforts to improve the health and wellbeing of our community.

Were hiring an Outpatient Clinician to join our team at The Family Center at 1591 Taos Road in Pueblo CO.

What Youd Be Doing

As the Outpatient Clinician you would assess and provide justright therapies for our clients in need. You would coordinate care actively liaise with internal and external partners and serve as an important part of a multidisciplinary team. You would employ excellent communication and documentations skills on an ongoing basis to assure that clients receive the very best care.

Specifically the Outpatient Clinician

  • Conducting intake and assessment including professional interpretation and clinical analysis to develop treatment plans through Open Access;
  • Providing ongoing individual family and group therapy services to adult clients;
  • Providing case management services and collaborative and integrative services with resources in the community;
  • Keeping accurate complete and uptodate records with 100 percent compliance with Center standards;
  • Maintaining competency and proficiency with the agencys electronic health record;
  • Maintaining at least 100 percent productivity for billable services monthly;
  • Working in collaboration with community providers as well as health care professionals; and
  • Performing other jobrelated duties as assigned by the program director or supervisor.

Physical requirements include the following:

  • Frequently remains stationary for prolonged periods
  • Frequently moves within and between facilities
  • Occasionally moves equipment and/or materials up to 20 pounds
  • Frequently exposed to stressful or emergent situations
  • Constantly communicates with clients and other staff members
  • Occasionally exposed to communicable diseases or bodily fluids
  • Frequently uses computer and other office equipment to enter manage or look up data
  • Occasionally drives to other locations

Qualifications

What Were Looking ForThe MustHaves

  • Masters degree in social work clinical psychology or a closely related field
  • Colorado licensed (i.e. LPC LCSW LMFT) or license eligible.
  • Must be willing/able to obtain candidate status with DORA within 2 weeks of hire date.
  • Computer proficiency required
  • A valid Colorado drivers license and access to transportation during work hours are required.
