We are hiring a ConciergeBreakfast Attendant
Love serving others Making someone smile Great at giving restaurant and entertainment advice as well as directions in your area The hotel concierge is an important role at any fullservice hotel in providing the guest with the total Guest Experience. You are the goto person the guest will come to for ideas on how to make their visit the most it can beand you armed with the knowledge of the areas best expected attractions makes their stay memorable for years to come.
We are hiring a ConciergeBreakfast Attendant
Pay scale: $13$16/hour plus tips.

Your friendly smile and cheerful customer service attitude sets the tone for our guests to enjoy what the day brings to them. Your role is key to the overall experience the guest will have. Your keen sense of being proactive responsive and caring will make all the difference. Role Responsibilities:
As a Breakfast Attendant you have the responsible to give our guests the best hospitality experiencethey can have by:
Maintaining a clean dining room service area and food and beverage hallways* (depending onhotel design)
Provide professional competent and prompt service with attention to guestneeds.
Arrive to work in uniform with a smile and Candoattitude.
Restock food and supplies as needed to ensure consistentservice.
Continuous cleaning of area to provide all guests the same experience regardless of their breakfastarrival.
Be knowledgeable on the general area and engage in conversation with guests on plans for the day. Be a source of information on area needs such as grocery shopping post office highways andentertainment.
Communicate to management any guest concerns that need to beaddressed.
