JOB DESCRIPTION
Assigned Duties and Tasks
Administrative Responsibilities
Maintains accurate and uptodate human resource file records and documentation
Open and route mail incoming mail. Distribute correspondence and other materials to department staff
Assist employees with various functions in HRIS Systems
Prepare check requisitions for vendor invoices and route appropriately
Assist employees with password resets
Ensure proper documentation of disciplinary actions grievances and agreements
Cover the front desk when needed
Talent Acquisition Responsibilities
Handles the onboarding of new hires data entry and review of employment documents
Ensures all required background checks are completed
Ensures onboarding emails are sent to all candidates in a timely manner
Following up with potential candidates regarding document submission and any HR related questions
Act as the point of contact between the candidate and the Recruiters and Department Leaders.
Reviewing onboarding documents for completeness including I9 EVerify and work/education verification professional licenses/certifications.Review and process employment actions in UltiPro.
Assist with New Employee Orientation
Labor & Employee Relations
Help track and follow up on employee grievances investigations and disciplinary actions
Assist in organizing meetings training sessions and employee engagement initiatives
Coordinate logistics for employee and labor relations events including scheduling and communication
Help develop materials and presentations for labor relations training programs
Qualifications
Individual currently pursuing a bachelors degree in human resource management business management or healthcare administration
Education
Must have completed at least Freshman year of College/Trade School.
