Job Description: Senior Accountant
Location: Los Angeles CA
Work Arrangement: Hybrid 23 days inoffice per week)
Salary Range: Up to $140K

Position Summary:
The Senior Accountant will play a critical role in managing and overseeing key accounting functions. Reporting directly to our leadership team you will be responsible for supervising a team of three ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial processes and driving operational improvements. The ideal candidate is a CPA with 45 years of experience preferably straight out of public accounting and eager to bring their expertise to a fastpaced growthoriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee general accounting functions including account reconciliations financial reporting and monthend close processes.
- Manage and mentor a team of three direct reports fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Drive process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy across the organization.
- Collaborate with leadership on budgeting forecasting and strategic financial decisionmaking.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements accounting policies and internal controls.
Requirements:
- Active CPA license.
- 45 years of relevant experience with a strong preference for candidates straight out of public accounting.
- Solid expertise in GAAP and financial reporting principles.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and influence crossdepartmental initiatives.
- Proficiency with accounting software systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Proven ability to adapt in a dynamic hybrid work environment.
