Job Description
- Commit to the principles of the Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA)
- Training go through the guides and learn it
- Create a positive and safe environment in which players can grow
- Work with children to determine skill sets
- Provide feedback to parents after working with player who is on a tour
- Clean site throughout the day to ensure cleanliness is kept up to corporate standards
- Report weekly to League Commissioner on progress
- Report daily to League Commissioner with respect to days activities and productivity in league
- Working history with children ages 7 and up (mentoring coaching tutoring etc.
- Experience in teaching mentoring or childcare
- Must be fun to work with and like working in fast paced environments where requirements can change frequently
