Job Description
To provide safe and reliable transportation services for guests in accordance with hotel standards.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport guests to and from designated locations while providing excellent customer service.
- Assist guests with luggage packages and other belongings as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel vehicle ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and hotel driving policies for guest and staff safety.
- Provide local area information and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Communicate effectively with the front desk and other departments to coordinate transportation needs.
- Assist with other guest service duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Previous guest service experience preferred.
- Ability to work weekends holidays and varied shifts as required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and carry luggage up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to sit and drive for extended periods.
Tools & Equipment:
- Hotel vehicle GPS radio and telephone.
Working Environment:
- Primarily outdoors with exposure to varying weather conditions.
