Position Requirements Analyst
Job Requirements/Primary Responsibilities
The candidate shall provide onsite program analysis and subject matter expertise to the Capabilities Integration Officers (CIOs) at Combat Development and Integration (CD&I) Marine Corps Combat Development Command (MCCDC) Quantico VA. The Requirements Analyst will:
Document USMC material requirements and draft subsequent documentation for Government review and approval
Conduct periodic analysis to validate and adjust Approved Acquisition Objectives (AAOs) and draft Program Objective Memorandum (POM) funding initiatives
Provide analytical support to POM budget development and budget exhibit reviews
Coordinate with the operating forces to identify capabilities gaps solutions and risk areas to ensure Marine Corps operating forces have necessary warfighting capabilities
Facilitate communication between Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) Program Management Office personnel and CD&I CIOs
Assist with drafting Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) documents Concepts of Employment (COEs) and Operational Mode Summaries/Mission Profiles (OMS/MPs)
Provide Total Force Structure Management Systems (TFSMS) support
Provide capability briefs and information papers.
Education or Experience
10 years of military experience or work experience in Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition requirements management.
Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university or additional equivalent combination of education professional training and applicable experience
Skills and Abilities
Ability to effectively work independently and as part of an integrated team of Government and nonGovernment participants
Exposure and experience with TFSMS
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Detailoriented and have excellent written and verbal communication skills
A proactive a selfstarter with a history of demonstrating initiative
DoD SECRET clearance
Eligibility for DoD Top Secret clearance
Salary Range $95000 to $120000
