Overview
Position: Physical Therapist Outpatient/In Home Hybrid
Location: 559 Centre View Blvd Crestview Hills KY 41017
Type of Employment: Fulltime
Schedule: Weekdays (Hours Vary between 7am6pm)
Compensation: Starting at $70000/Yr pending experience
Incentives: $5K Signon Bonus Student Debt Benefit
**This is a hybrid role based out of our Crestview Hills clinic. Seeking a motivated Physical Therapist who is open to both inclinic work and seeing patients through our growing inhome physical therapy program**

Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
- Evaluate treat direct and document treatment for patients
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues physicians patients family members and thirdparty payors
- Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
- CPR certification
