A bit about the job:
This role will support the CIO function IWR CIO IWR CIO SLT and in turn the wider department in developing and refining Avivas IWR CIO technology strategy and turning this in to engaging communications for stakeholder engagement. The IWR CIO Strategy Associate is a key role in the IWR CIOs team responsible for driving the underlying analysis behind the teams strategic insights and recommendations as well as running workstreams on strategy projects from timetotime. The role delivers value to Aviva by enabling highquality technology focused management decisionmaking at the highest levels.
Skills and experience were looking for:
Proven problemsolving skills and good ability to structure and frame solutions.
Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills.
Good understanding of basic business strategy concepts and why some businesses succeed and others fail.
Experience of working in a technology department / a strong interest in technology.

Salary Circa 55000 (depending on location skills experience and qualifications)
