Primary Responsibilities:

• Landscaping for all DATTCO properties looking for someone with a green thumb!
• Ensure equipment repaired and maintained
• Help solving problems related to maintenance
• Respect safety standards of the company and maintain a clean work environment
• Ability to work unsupervised and with other team members
• Participate in winter work projects to include snow plowing shoveling and removal
• Respond to maintenance requests by the Facilities Manager
• Respond appropriately to management emergencies by assisting as needed
• Daily attendance at work

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma trade school or equivalent
• Experience in building and grounds maintenance
• Experience with commercial mowing equipment
• Valid drivers license
• Must be dependable a team player and have a positive attitude
• Must have a flexible schedule (Monday Friday
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to manage and organize priorities
