We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Locum MMT Pharmacy Technician to join our team in South London. This fulltime position offers an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic healthcare environment providing essential medication management and technical support. As a Locum MMT Pharmacy Technician you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive medication management services. Your duties will include undertaking medication history taking providing technical support to the pharmacy team and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and protocols. Your role will also involve patient education and promoting safe medication practices.
