Your mission

As a Junior Solution Architect (Intern / Werkstudent) you will support our team in designing implementing and optimizing technical solutions for our customers. Youll gain handson experience in SaaS solution architecture customer implementation and process automation while working closely with senior architects and crossfunctional teams. This role is ideal for students who want to deepen their understanding of cloudbased enterprise software and realworld system integrations.
Your profile
- Support the design and configuration of customer solutions within our SaaS platform.
- Assist in data analysis integration tasks and APIbased workflows to optimize solution performance.
- Work with Solution Architects and Implementation Managers to document best practices and technical workflows.
- Participate in customer onboarding by preparing technical documentation and supporting system configurations.
- Conduct functional tests on new features before deployment.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve solution architecture and usability.
- Research new tools and technologies to enhance our service offering
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of cloudbased technologies APIs and data integration concepts.
- Familiarity with SQLbased databases and experience with scripting (Python JavaScript) is a plus.
- Interest in software architecture SaaS solutions and system integration.
- A structured analytical mindset and the ability to solve technical problems proactively.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a crossfunctional international team.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
