Job Description
- $16/hour PART TIME Monday Friday 1:00pm 6:00pm

- Operate company and guest owned vehicles for pickup and delivery
- Drive vehicle to the destination by ensuring that right speed limit is adhered to
- Always obey traffic laws
- Use good judgment and safe driving skills
- Complete vehicle safety checks per company policy and operate vehicle within safety guidelines
- Immediately report any safety concerns to the Service Manager
- Assist guests in a professional courteous and prompt manner
- Communicate with guests and dealership team members via text and phone calls
- Must not use the text feature while driving
- Establish and maintain rapport with guests remaining aware of and addressing their need
- Work closely with Service Lane team to resolve guest concerns or issues
- Assess guests needs prioritize and coordinate efficient routes for deliveries and pickups
- High school diploma or GED
- Pleasant friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality
- Highly professional and dependable
- Familiar with roads highways and interstates within the Madison County area
- Excellent communicationand problemsolving skills
- Ability to work effectively in fastpaced environment
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Unrestricted drivers license and good driving record
- Abilityto drive both automatic and standardtransmission vehicles
- Ability to pass preemployment drug screen and subsequent random drug screens
- Ability to lift heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds several times during each shift
